Payment Options

Petlanduae.com offers following ways of payment:

CASH ON DELIVERY – Is our prefered way of getting paid, because it safe for you and us. You get to see the product and approve the goods before you pay and we get instant cash.

CARD ON DELIVERY – Our drivers will bring a device where we can accept your credit card payments at your door. We accept follow cards; Visa, Master, Diners and JCB – we do NO accept American express

All prices listed on this website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).



If you are buying the same products month after month then we suggest you use our free Auto-Delivery service.

Its very easy to use. Once you have decided on your products and you have put in your details – Then you can choose how often you want this delivery to be delivered to you.

We will ALWAYS call you before the delivery to schedule a convenient time. Usually we will call 1 day before.

You can at ANY TIME cancel the auto delivery or change the delivery dates.

You can add products to your Auto-Delivery or you can ask us to remove items from your order.

Its a win-win situation. You will not get out of petfood again or have last minutes orders and we can plan our routes and keep stock and be even more efficient.


Delivery Standards

All prices are inclusive FREE delivery for orders above 100AED. For orders below 100AED a 20 AED fee for delivery will apply. We Cash On Delivery or Debit Card

Delivery to Dubai and Sharjah is daily, and done same or next day of the order.
Delivery to Abu Dhabi within 48 hours.
Delivery to Al Ain on Mondays and Thursdays.
Delivery to Ajman 2 times a week.
For delivery to all other Emirates, on demand.

All orders placed in this web shop are subject to product availability and will be delivered according to our delivery terms. If there are any problems regarding your order, we will notify you using the telephone number or e-mail address you have provided with the order.


Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at support@petlanduae.com. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return new and un-used items in original packages within 5 days.

For return/exchange/repair please come to our shop in Al Qouz 3 Sheikh Zayed Road

The Petshop is open 7 days a week. We can also offer to pick up the item if a new order (for other items) is placed online. Once If you need to have the items replaced, please call us before so we can ensure we have the items ready for you. Some repairs can be done on location (replacement of Drinkwell parts) others need to go to the supplier/manufacturer which we will take care of
